Mixed Mushroom Ragout
on a cumin spaghetti squash.
Served with a peach-horseradish salsa.
--this was sooooo good
Rice Paper Spring Roll
with smoked salmon, argula, and oriental vegetables.
Served with sweet chili sauce, and cilantro.
-- also yummy but not as great as the mushrooms
Supreme of Chicken
Stuffed with pancetta, roasted apples, and gouda.
Served with apple cider demi glace, boulangere potatoes
-- I'm a vegetarian, but I heard this dish was excellent
Vegetarian Meal
No idea what some of this is as it wasn't on the menu.
--pretty yummy
Cream Cheese Brownie
With white chocolate and ginger mousse.
Served with crisps, and fresh fruit
--of course this was delicious
