Turn it into B&W and take out the poles & lines and we have a much more polished photo

The below photo looks great either way but after a bit of work the after photo has a whole new look to it.

Hopefully this will just be a problem for today but I’m unable to return email. Something about something expiring and I need a key code which is on the box of the program which is in the other house that I have not completely moved out of yet. I can still receive email - I just can’t reply, but I hope to have it up and running again tomorrow or later tonight.

What else....

The day care photos went well. I photographed 70 students in four hours...not bad.
I just got the school photos back from Goodwin and they look great. I’m hoping I’ll get to do them again next year and I’ll get even better as it was my fist school setting and I plan on it being my only. I’ll post about the school later, maybe today after I get some editing done.

Enlargements are being printed and will be done this week for Sara & Jeff, Nat & Jay, Carlie & Steve and Lizzy & Brent.

Anyone else? Just let me know as I'll be picking up prints on Friday.

Anyone else who needs thanks you cards please let me know right away so I can get them done for you as I plan on spending a lot of time on story albums soon.

Normally I don't end up with this large amount of photos (well, once this year in June at a 16hr wedding) but we had two photographers and a wonderful bride that was looking forward to photos.

New Logo!!!

New Logo??? Well, I've never had a logo so I guess I should say this is my first logo. I've been About Image Photography for three years and just FINALLY got myself a logo. Now I just have to put it on my webite and I'll get to it when I catch up in my work :)

Jenna? Oh Jenna? Where have ya been?

All I can say is.....

What an October this has turned out to be!!! I have soooo many photos to share, and stories to tell. I'm now three weddings behind in my blogging but will catch up soon :) Sorry to all that check back here often and look forward to seeing new things. I love to keep updated here, but just have not had the time lately. I've completed three story alums - printing nine and they are ready to go to the new and fabulous printer. I can't wait to get them back to share with everyone. The new story albums are stunning! They take hours and hours to make but so worth it in the end.

The school photos went well and I'm photographing 70 children tomorrow in a daycare, busy, busy! I'll fill you all in on how that goes. 70 children in one day! I'm wondering how long that will take.

Next month I have a workshop with another great photographer/friend in Burlington. It will be a ton of fun and as well as very informative. I'm also planning for yet another workshop in Febuary that will take place in Toronto.

That's it for now. I'm off to proof a story album with a bride. Hopefully I'll get some photos up tonight if not tomorrow night.

Bill, Brenda & Baby Jacob Wedding

Married Ocober 7th, Bill Bredna & Jacob enjoyed the beautiful weather the October month had to give us with stunning colors! The wedding took place at The Four Seasons Golf Resort just North of Pickering.

The groomsmen were very easy to photograph and we had a great time with photos!

Baby Jacob & mom Brenda having a great time :)

The happy couple....really happy. The pose so well together that really, most of the time the photos were unposed and I was just catching them in moments. It was great as they were wonderful to work with and so easy to photograph.

We were having so much fum with photos that this was the last photo we took and then the owner of the resort drove up in a golf cart informing us that we had to get to the reception soon so we got this one last photo....

I could go on posting about this wedding and couple with lots of photos, but I guess I have to stop somewhere. The wedding album is full fun photos in a very story telling style. I can't wat until they arrive back from the honeymoon to show them the wedding album. :)

Lisa & Michael are planning to marry on what seems to be the most popular wedding day so far for 2007 - 07/07/07. We meet this past Sunday for engagement photos.
